SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY
We pride ourselves on providing outstanding service – every time! We offer a 24-hour Satisfaction Guarantee policy. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, please let us know right away so we can make it right! Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
insurance & bonding policy
We always clean with the utmost care and attention to prevent any possible accidents. However, should something get damaged while we are cleaning, we will either repair it or replace it. Insurance claims will be made when necessary. We carry a full insurance policy and we are bonded. A copy of our Insurance & Bonding Policy is available for viewing (upon request) to all our customers.
access & security policies
Spare Keys & Access Codes are required for regular cleaning. Spare Keys & Alarm Codes are always well attended to and discreetly kept. We do not label our keys with personal information for your protection!
safety policies
- Our team members have received proper training in the usage and handling of all products and equipment used by Kahuna Cleaning Inc.
- While we avoid working with hazardous chemical products, in some cases they are necessary and therefore each member of our team is WHMIS certified.
- Unless agreed upon in advance, we do not use ladders more than four feet high, or move items heavier than 35-lbs. If you would like us to clean behind heavy furniture, please move these items before we arrive.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
COMMERCIAL CLEANING
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment with us, we ask that you let us know a minimum of 48-hours in advance. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48-hours notice, or if we are unable to access your home/office, you will still be billed for the full amount of your cleaning appointment.
MOVE-OUT CLEANING
We require a deposit of $150.00 plus GST to confirm your appointment. This deposit can be paid via e-transfer.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48-hours notice, or if we are unable to access your home/office, you will still be billed for the full amount of your cleaning appointment.
MOVE-OUT CLEANING
We require a deposit of $150.00 plus GST to confirm your appointment. This deposit can be paid via e-transfer.
- For cancellations with over 48-hours notice, this deposit is fully refundable (less e-transfer charges).
- For cancellations with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours notice, this deposit is 50% refundable.
- For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, this deposit is non-refundable.

WHAT KIND OF CLEANING SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
- Our team members come appropriately equipped to handle each individual space we clean. All standard cleaning products are included in our rates.
- We opt for non-hazardous, non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning products whenever possible. Your health, as well as our own health, is our priority.
- Microfibre cloths and mops are used for maximum dust reduction.
- Our supplies and equipment are cleaned after each use.
- Our vacuums all have HEPA filters to ensure 99.9% of air particles are removed from the air that passes through.

do you offer window cleaning services?
Yes! We clean exterior windows up to the second storey (pending accessibility) upon request. Exterior window and screen cleaning services are quoted on site. If you require window cleaning services outside of our capabilities we will be happy to refer you to a window cleaning specialist. Polishing of interior window glass is included in our hourly cleaning rate for move-out cleans.
